Hi there, my name is Kim-Ha Ho. I like that people call me Kim!

I care a whole lot about intention. I make it my practice to bring equanimity to everything I do, intentionally. During my decade long career, I have helped individuals and groups find clarity in our shared beliefs. Installing this compass is important to originate my thoughts and form my opinion. It also helps me make decisions, start relationships, prioritize life in order to stay connected with myself and with the environment around me.

Career-wise, I have developed a specialty in business and finance. Couple with being intentional about decision-making, thoughtful observations, and in-depth understanding of the subject matter, I have the qualities needed in business strategy and advisory. My niche is not-for-profit entities where a lot of their finances require a different approach and viewpoint. I am not fallen pray to the common delusion that finance are primarily control functions, but instead, the “enablers” to any organization in achieving its mission with efficiency, effectiveness, and integrity.
